Is Ask NEMZIO the same as the NEMZIO Assistant?
No. Ask NEMZIO is the public help bot on the website and knows only the published Help Center. The NEMZIO Assistant is a separate product inside your account that can answer questions about your own records, and it's in private beta.
Ask NEMZIO: public, on the website, Help Center only, no access to any account, can't take actions.
NEMZIO Assistant: signed in, reads only the records you're allowed to see, cites the visits and evidence it uses, and is available only to accounts NEMZIO has enabled during the beta.
