A registered surveyor will run the charting search with your survey plan's coordinates at the state survey office, and a lawyer will trace the root of title at the land registry. They sign their own reports, which are added to the property's record.

Evidence delivered

Their signed reports: a professional opinion, not a NEMZIO result. The full check adds a located boundary walk with a photo at each corner.
