Can I see my own plot in the estate?
Ask the person you choose to photograph it. The visit shows what is on the plot and around it on the day.
Does a visit tell me about the developer?
No. A visit shows what is on the site on the day. It does not say anything about the developer or the sale.
Where can I order a land check?
Property visits work anywhere in the world. Land checks are in Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abia State. Licensed surveyors and lawyers do them, and NEMZION arranges the work.
