Construction projects

How does NEMZIO track a construction project?

Each construction visit repeats reference views of the building from roughly the same areas, plus the newest work and views that vary by visit. Visit by visit, you see what changed, which stage the build has reached and whether what you were told matches the evidence.

A construction visit asks for:

  • reference views around the building, from roughly the same areas and directions each time, so each visit can be compared with the last
  • close-ups of the newest work
  • materials on site, when you ask about them
  • a short video clip where the visit asks for one
  • other views that vary from visit to visit

On paid plans, automated observations compare each visit with the previous one, estimate the construction stage, and alert you when something seen before isn't visible from the same views any more. You're told when a visit comes back incomplete.
