Visit evidence isn't changed after a visit closes; each new visit or request is added as a new entry. A shared record carries a fingerprint of its stored results and of each file's fingerprint recorded on arrival, and the shared page checks it every time it's opened.

Illustration (sample). A real Progress Film uses the photos from each visit, taken from the same reference views, so the building grows in place.

Progress Film

Each visit's reference views play in order so you can watch the building rise. Every moment links back to the visit it came from, and a film never changes once it's made.

What the person on site sees

They open the invitation, read what a visit records, allow the camera and location, then follow one instruction at a time. No checklist to interpret, and the app has no option to attach gallery photos.

  1. 01Walk

The map shows the property and a big green area. Walk into it: there's no exact spot to find.

  2. 02Arrive

A short vibration says you're there. The map gives way to the camera by itself.

  3. 03Frame and hold

Point your camera at the property. When it's framed, the corners turn green: hold still. On a repeat visit, a small picture shows the previous view.

  4. 04Capture

Got it. The next view follows, or the map comes back for the next green area. With no signal, the phone sends the visit later.

A NEMZIO record shows what was captured, where and when, and what NEMZIO's checks found. It does not establish:
  • Legal title or ownership of land or a building
  • Survey-grade location or boundaries (phone location can be off by several metres)
  • That a structure is safe, sound or built to code
  • Compliance with planning, building or other regulations
  • That a contractor or anyone else is honest, or that work was paid for or authorised
  • That a payment should be made or was authorised
  • That manipulation is impossible: NEMZIO's checks make it hard and say when something doesn't add up, but no system can rule it out entirely
