Family and inherited property

Inherited land you can't visit?

Your family has land nobody lives on.Nobody is sure what is on it now.

How it helps

  1. Step 1: You choose who visits

A relative, a caretaker, your builder or an agent. The app is free for them.

  2. Step 2: They take photos and short videos

In the NEMZION app. Each one keeps where and when it was taken.

  3. Step 3: You see every visit

On a timeline. Put two visits side by side to compare them.

What it is used for

  • Ask someone you choose to visit the land when you want to see it.
  • Invite family members as viewers, so they follow each visit and its record.
  • Keep every visit to the land in one place, in order, with where and when.

Questions

Can other family members see the visits?

Yes. On paid plans you can invite someone as a viewer. They can follow the property's records but can't do visits or change anything. You can remove a viewer at any time.

Who goes to the site?

Someone you choose and invite: a relative, a friend, a caretaker, a foreman or your site supervisor. The app is free for them, and they see only what you allow. NEMZION doesn't supply or pay them. Any arrangement for their time is between you and them. Land checks are different. They are searches of the records, which NEMZION arranges for you.

Does a record show that I own the land?

No. A record shows what was captured, where and when. Ownership is a legal question for a lawyer and a surveyor. Our land checks search the survey records and title history and report what they found. They don't promise title.
