Can NEMZION show legal land ownership?
No. A NEMZION property record does not establish legal ownership or legal title. Land and professional services are separate from the capture record.
A record shows what was physically at the property, where and when. Ownership is a legal question decided by registries and courts. NEMZION Land searches the survey records and title history and reports what it found, but a report describes the records searched. It doesn't promise title.
