Can I have the land visited without a land check?
Yes. They are separate. A visit shows what is on the land on the day. A land check searches the records.
Does a land check tell me whether to buy?
No. It gives you a written report of what the searches found, on that date. Read it, take advice from your own lawyer about anything it raises, and decide yourself. It doesn't promise title.
Where can I order a land check?
Property visits work anywhere in the world. Land checks are in Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abia State. Licensed surveyors and lawyers do them, and NEMZION arranges the work.
