A finished brick bungalow with a gray metal roof

Property owners living abroad

Your parents' house, while you're abroad.

Your parents' house is in another country.A phone call can't tell you what the roof looks like.

How it helps

  1. Step 1: You choose who visits

A relative, a caretaker, your builder or an agent. The app is free for them.

  2. Step 2: They take photos and short videos

In the NEMZION app. Each one keeps where and when it was taken.

  3. Step 3: You see every visit

On a timeline. Put two visits side by side to compare them.

What it is used for

  • Roof, gate, compound and walls, one visit at a time.
  • Ask for the inside too, when you want it.
  • A finished home of your own that you can't visit works the same way.

Questions

Who goes to the site?

Someone you choose and invite: a relative, a friend, a caretaker, a foreman or your site supervisor. The app is free for them, and they see only what you allow. NEMZION doesn't supply or pay them. Any arrangement for their time is between you and them. Land checks are different. They are searches of the records, which NEMZION arranges for you.

Can the visit include the inside?

Yes, if you ask for it when you request the visit. The person photographs the inside only where they can go in safely.

What does the person on site actually do?

At the property, they tap Start visit. Start opens when the app finds them there. Then they follow one instruction at a time: point the camera at the property and tap to take each photo. The app tells them when the visit is complete. No checklist to learn, no settings.

Look in on the house from wherever you are.
