How visits work

How does a site visit work?

You ask for a visit, the person on site opens the NEMZIO app at the property and follows one instruction at a time. When the app says the visit is complete, the evidence is sent, checked and added to the property's record.
  1. 01You ask for a visit from the property's page. You can add a message for the person on site and choose who may do it.
  2. 02They get a notification, go to the property and tap Start visit.
  3. 03The app guides them: walk into the green area on the map, point the camera at the property, hold still, capture. If a spot isn't safe to reach, they say so and the app offers another.
  4. 04The visit is sent. With weak signal the app keeps going and sends later.
  5. 05NEMZIO checks the evidence (location, timing, coverage and consistency) and adds the visit to your record with its results in plain words.

What each visit asks for can adapt to the property and to what you're trying to find out, so it isn't a fixed checklist that can be prepared in advance.
