How visits work
How do I ask for a visit?
Open the property and choose Request a visit. Pick the kind of visit, add a message for the person on site if you like, and send. They get a notification in the app.
From the property's page:
- choose the type of visit (a guided visit, a guided construction visit or a boundary walk)
- write down what you want to know (only you see this)
- add a message they'll see, such as "Please go before 4pm"
- choose who can do it: anyone on the property who is allowed to, or one person
- optionally make it a surprise check
What you want to know, and notes you keep for yourself, are never shown to the person on site.
