Checks the land's coordinates against relevant survey and planning records for government acquisition, released land, coordinate conflicts and possible overlap with another parcel.
What it checks
What does charting check?
- Government acquisition or reservation affecting the location
- Released land where reflected in the applicable records
- Coordinate overlap or spatial conflict with another parcel
- Whether the submitted coordinates correspond to the intended parcel
- Other issues visible from the relevant survey/charting records
What it does not do
- Charting doesn't by itself show ownership or title.
- It is not a new survey of the land.
- It reports what the records showed on the day they were searched. Registries can be incomplete or wrong.
- It is not legal advice, and it does not replace your own lawyer or surveyor.
What you need to upload
A photo of each page is fine, or a PDF. You add them first, before you pay anything.

A clear copy of the whole survey plan, with the coordinates and the surveyor's details readable.
