Does NEMZIO check construction quality?
No. NEMZIO records what was there and what changed. Whether the work is good, safe or to specification needs an engineer or another qualified professional on site.
Photos can show that blockwork reached a certain height. They can't show whether the mix was right, the reinforcement correct or the work to code. Use the record to know what happened, and a professional to judge how well.
