Can NEMZIO integrate with Jira?
Yes, with Jira Cloud. Visits can add a comment and a link on the issue you link to a property, update mapped fields, move the issue's status and open follow-up issues, using rules you set.
Jira connects through Atlassian's own sign-in (OAuth), so NEMZIO never sees your Atlassian password. Rules decide what happens, for example "when a visit is flagged, open a follow-up issue". Changes that come from Jira aren't sent back to Jira, so nothing loops.
