What they can see and do
Can the person on site see previous visits?
Not by default. They see the visits they're asked to do and a confirmation when each is sent. You can choose to let them see more.
The default access is "Capture only". If you want someone to see the property's history, such as a site manager, you can give them broader access on that property. See Controlling what they see.
