Replacing, suspending or removing
Can I replace my reporter?
Yes, at any time. Choose Replace on their name: they're removed (or suspended), a new one-use code is created for the new person with the same access, and their open visits move to whoever accepts it.
You decide:
- when the old person stops: now, or after the visit they're doing
- what happens to them: removed for good, or suspended so you can restore them later
- who takes over: someone new (with a fresh code) or someone already on the property
- their access: the same as before, or different
- open visits: handed over, or left open for anyone allowed
