Can NEMZIO prove legal land ownership?
No. A NEMZIO property record does not establish legal ownership or legal title. Land and professional services are separate from the capture record.
A record shows what was physically at the property, where and when. Ownership is a legal question decided by registries and courts. NEMZIO Land puts the official records to a registered surveyor and a lawyer, who sign their own reports, but even those are opinions on the records searched, not a guarantee of title.
