Who is NEMZIO for?
Property owners and buyers who can't be there in person: people abroad building a house at home, families checking on land, and organisations with property in many places.
Typical situations:
- You're paying a contractor in instalments and want to see the work before each payment.
- You own land and want to know it is still clear and nobody has started building on it.
- You're about to buy a plot and want independent checks first (NEMZIO Land: Port Harcourt now).
- You manage several properties, or you build for clients who live abroad.
- Your organisation (a developer, estate firm, association or lender) answers to others about property it can't visit.
The person who does the visits can be anyone you trust who can reach the property. The app is free for them.
