Do I use the website or the app?
Owners can use either. Visits can only be captured in the NEMZIO phone app.
As an owner you can manage properties, invite people, ask for visits and review records on the website or in the app.
The person on site uses the app: evidence is captured live during a guided visit (the app doesn't use the gallery, and the website has no way to add photos to a visit). See Gallery photos.
