Getting started
Where does NEMZION work?
Properties and visits work in any country. Land checks are only in parts of Nigeria for now: Port Harcourt (Rivers State), Lagos (Lagos State) and Abia State. Abuja is coming soon. For a property in Nigeria, join the list from the property's page and we'll email you when it opens.
A visit only needs the person on site, their phone and the property, so properties and visits work in any country, building sites included.
Land checks are different. They search the records held for the property's state in Nigeria, so they're offered area by area, and only for properties in Nigeria.
