Who is NEMZION for?
Property owners and buyers who can't be there in person. For example, someone building a house in another city or country, a family checking on land, or an organization with property in many places.
Typical situations:
- You're paying a contractor in installments and want to see the work before each payment.
- You own land and want to know it is still clear and nobody has started building on it.
- You're about to buy a plot and want independent checks first (NEMZION Land: Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abia State now).
- You manage several properties, or you build for clients who live far away.
- Your organization (a developer, estate firm, association or lender) answers to others about property it can't visit.
The person who does the visits can be anyone you choose who can reach the property. The app is free for them.
