What is NEMZION?

NEMZION is for people who own, buy or build property they can't easily visit, in another city or another country. They rely on others to tell them what is happening there.

You add the property and invite someone who can reach it, such as a relative, a caretaker or your site supervisor. When you ask for a visit, they open the NEMZION app at the property and follow one instruction at a time. The app guides them around the property, so the visit covers what you need, not just what they choose to photograph.

Each visit becomes a dated record. It shows where and when the evidence was captured, how much of the property it covered and what changed since the last visit. If you asked, it also shows how it compares with what you were told.

A NEMZION record is evidence about a visit. It doesn't establish legal title, boundaries, construction quality or value. See What a record can't establish.
