Getting started

What is NEMZIO?

NEMZIO creates a checked record of what is physically at a property you can't visit yourself. Someone you invite does a guided visit in the NEMZIO app, and NEMZIO checks the evidence before it becomes part of the property's record.

NEMZIO is for people who own, buy or build property far from where they live, and rely on others to tell them what is happening there.

You add the property and invite someone who can reach it: a relative, a caretaker or your site supervisor. When you ask for a visit, they open the NEMZIO app at the property and follow one instruction at a time. The app guides them around the property, so the visit covers what you need, not just what they choose to photograph.

Each visit closes into a dated record: where and when the evidence was captured, how much of the property it covered, what changed since the last visit and, where you asked, how it compares with what you were told.

A NEMZIO record is evidence about a visit. It doesn't establish legal title, boundaries, construction quality or value. See What a record can't establish.
