Yes. Choose their access when you invite them, and change it at any time: Capture only (the default), Capture + selected results, Property manager, or a custom set.
- Capture only: they do the visits they're asked to do and see instructions, retries and a confirmation. Nothing else.
- Capture + selected results: as above, plus findings and notes you choose to share on their visits.
- Property manager: they request visits and manage the people on site for that property. Never billing, settings, viewers or other managers.
- Custom: pick exactly what they can see and do.
You can set a default for the property, override it for one person, or change it for a single visit. Before you send an invitation, NEMZION shows what the person will and won't be able to do. Changes apply from their next action.
