Replacing, suspending or removing

Can I suspend someone's access?

Yes. Suspending stops their access straight away, or after the visit they're doing, and you can restore it later with the same permissions.

Use suspension when you need a pause, for example during a disagreement, without deciding yet. While suspended they can't open the property, start a visit or send evidence. Restoring gives them back exactly the access they had.
