Are calls recorded or transcribed?

Only if you agree. If a call could be recorded or transcribed, we ask first; if you say no, the call goes on as normal, nothing is recorded, and our team writes notes instead. Saying no never affects your land check.

We never record or transcribe a call without asking. If a call could be recorded or transcribed, we read out a short notice first and ask whether you agree. We keep a record of your answer and when you gave it.

  • If you agree: the recording or transcript is kept with your NEMZIO record (your order or support request), not with the calling service. Only you and the NEMZIO staff working on your request can open it.
  • If you say no: the call carries on as normal. Nothing is recorded or transcribed, and our team writes a short note of what was agreed instead. Your land check isn't affected in any way.

Notes written by our team are always called "call notes", never a transcript.
