What are automated observations?
On paid plans, AI describes what is visible in each visit: what changed since the last one, what is no longer visible from the same views, and an estimate of construction progress. They're always labelled as automated, and they can be wrong.
Automated observations come with NEMZIO Build and above. They help you notice change without comparing photos yourself, for example materials that were on site last visit and aren't visible now.
They're observations, not findings of fact: lighting, angles and things blocking the view can lead to mistakes. Observations are shown with the visit's photos, so you can check them.
