Can my spouse or lawyer see the records?
Yes. On paid plans you can invite someone as a viewer: they can follow the property's records but can't do visits or change anything.
Viewers are for people who should see the evidence, such as a spouse, a business partner or a lawyer. Invite them from the property's page and choose "Can only view". You can remove a viewer at any time.
