Professional reports
What is a professional report?
A report written and signed by an independent licensed professional, such as a surveyor or a lawyer, after a land check. It's their opinion on the official records they searched, on that date.
NEMZIO arranges the work, pays the professional and adds their signed report to your property's record, together with the documents the offices returned, exactly as received. The report isn't a NEMZIO result and not a guarantee of title: registries can be incomplete or wrong. Read it together with the professional's notes on what was and wasn't searched.
NEMZIO never adds or imitates a government stamp, seal or signature. A document is described as an official search result only when our reviewer has seen the office's own marking on it.
