Professional reports
Who carries out land checks?
Independent licensed professionals in the property's state: a surveyor registered with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria for charting, and a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar for root of title.
They work at the state's survey office and land registry, which is why land checks are offered area by area. They sign their own reports. Land checks are available for properties in Port Harcourt (Rivers State). Lagos and Abuja are coming soon: you can join the list from the property's page, and we'll email you when you can order there.
