Do I lose my historical evidence if I cancel?
No. Records stay after you cancel, and you can still view and export them. Records are kept while your account is open. How long evidence is kept after an account is closed will be published before launch.
Records are evidence, so we don't delete them just because a subscription ended. If you want to close your account and delete your personal details, see Can I delete my data?
