Plans
- How much does NEMZIO cost?A free 3-day trial, then Build $14.99/month (1 property, 5 GB storage); Watch $39.00/month (3 properties, 15 GB storage); or Watch 5 $59.00/month (5 properties, 25 GB storage). More properties: $9.99/month each (+5 GB). Extra storage: 10 GB for $4.99/month. Record is by agreement; land checks are priced per check. The person on site never pays.
- What is the difference between the plans?Build is for one family and one build: 1 property and 5 GB of evidence storage. Watch covers 3 properties with 15 GB, and Watch 5 5 properties with 25 GB, both with a monthly report per property. Record is for organisations and large portfolios.
- What is included in an individual subscription?NEMZIO Build, the plan for individuals, covers 1 property with 5 GB of evidence storage: guided visits with location checked on every photo, automated observations, alerts and shareable records. $14.99/month.
- How much storage do I get, and what happens when it's full?Each paid plan includes evidence storage, shared across your properties: Build includes 5 GB, Watch 15 GB and Watch 5 25 GB. You can add 10 GB for $4.99/month. When storage is full nothing is deleted; new visits wait until you add storage.
- Can I add more properties?Yes. Build covers 1 property, Watch 3 properties and Watch 5 5 properties. Above 5, each additional property is $9.99/month and adds 5 GB of storage. You see the new monthly total and confirm it before anything is charged.
- What happens when the free trial ends?After 3 days, new visits pause until you choose a plan; once the 5 trial photos or videos are used, new ones aren't accepted until you do. Your records stay viewable and exportable.
- What does the subscription pay for?The app, the checks on every visit, your plan's evidence storage, alerts and the automated observations. It doesn't include anyone's time on site.
- Can I change plans?Yes, at any time, under Account. You see the new monthly total and confirm it before anything changes; the difference is prorated.
Billing and cancelling
- How do I pay, and in which currency?By card, in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
- What happens if I cancel?You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, new visits pause until you choose a plan again; your records stay viewable and exportable.
- Do I lose my historical evidence if I cancel?No. Records stay after you cancel, and you can still view and export them. Records are kept while your account is open. How long evidence is kept after an account is closed will be published before launch.
- Can my organisation pay by invoice?Yes, with NEMZIO Record, which is set up by agreement and billed by invoice.
