How much storage do I get, and what happens when it's full?
Each paid plan includes evidence storage, shared across your properties: Build includes 5 GB, Watch 15 GB and Watch 5 25 GB. You can add 10 GB for $4.99/month. When storage is full nothing is deleted; new visits wait until you add storage.
Storage counts the photos, videos and documents kept on your properties. You can see how much you've used under Account (for example "8.2 GB of 15 GB used"). We let you know at 80% and 95%, and again if it fills up.
When it's full:
- Nothing you've recorded is deleted, hidden or changed.
- A visit already under way can still be finished and sent.
- New visits, visit requests and document uploads wait until you add storage or move to a larger plan.
Add 10 GB for $4.99/month ($49.90/year on a yearly plan) under Account: you see the new total and confirm it first. Each additional property (on Watch or Watch 5) also adds 5 GB. There is no separate charge per normal guided visit; your plan's property and storage allowances apply.
