What does the subscription pay for?
The app, the checks on every visit, your plan's evidence storage, alerts and the automated observations. It doesn't include anyone's time on site.
The person who does the visits is someone you choose. Any arrangement for their time is between you and them. Land checks by professionals are paid separately, per check.
