How is my evidence stored?
Photos, videos and location tracks are kept as they were received, encrypted in transit and at rest by our storage provider, with a digital fingerprint of each file recorded when it arrives so later changes can be detected.
Original files are kept alongside the smaller previews used for fast viewing. An original is checked against its fingerprint when NEMZIO makes previews, Progress Films, shared copies or exports from it, and in regular integrity checks. Access is checked on every request: only people with access to the property can open its evidence.
