Empty land and bush plots
What if there is only bush on my land?
That's fine. The record shows what is there now, bush included. The person on site covers what they can reach safely and says when a part can't be reached.
Many plots are overgrown, and that is useful information in itself: a record shows the land as it is, whether that is bush, a cleared plot, a fence or a structure.
The person on site should never push into dense or unsafe bush. If part of the plot can't be reached, they say so in the app and the record shows that gap. If you need the corners located precisely, a boundary walk or a charting search by a registered surveyor may help.
