Empty land and bush plots
How does NEMZIO know where my property's boundary is?
You set it: drop a pin when you add the property, then draw the boundary, take it from your survey plan's coordinates, or have the person on site walk it.
Visits are checked against the property's pin and, when you've set one, its boundary. You can set the boundary by:
- drawing it on the map
- using the coordinates on your survey plan (on paid plans NEMZIO can read them from an uploaded plan for you to confirm)
- asking for a boundary walk
Boundaries taken from plan coordinates or a phone are approximate. For legal purposes, confirm boundaries with a registered surveyor.
