What happens to evidence from a visit that's never sent?
Anything that already reached NEMZIO is kept. If the visit runs out of time, or you withdraw the request or archive the property, what arrived becomes a visit in your record marked as interrupted, and you're told.
A visit doesn't have to be finished for its evidence to count. Photos and videos that reached NEMZIO during a visit stay part of the property's history, even if the person on site never tapped send.
- The visit runs out of time: once nothing more is arriving, what was received becomes an interrupted visit in your record.
- You withdraw the request or archive the property: whatever had already arrived is kept as an interrupted visit straight away.
An interrupted visit is checked like any other and clearly marked, so it's never mistaken for a complete one. It shows what was captured and what's missing.
Evidence that was still waiting on the phone, and never reached NEMZIO, can't be part of the record until the app sends it. That's why the person on site shouldn't uninstall the app or clear its data before a visit is sent.
