It says I've reached my plan's limit
Each plan has limits, such as the number of properties or people per property. Upgrade under Account, or remove something you no longer need.
For example: the free trial covers 1 property and 5 photos or videos; Build 1 property; Watch 3 properties, and a fourth can be added; Watch 5 5, with more properties available. When you try to add a property past your plan's limit, you're shown the options and the new monthly total; nothing is charged until you confirm. See Can I add more properties? and Storage.
