Guided capture
Why does the app ask to retry a view?
A retry just means: take that view again. It isn't an accusation; usually the phone moved, the picture was unclear, or the person wasn't quite in the green area.
The app checks each view as it's taken, before moving on. If something didn't come out right, it asks for the same view again with a short instruction, such as holding the phone steadier or stepping back so the whole building is in view.
Retries are normal and aren't held against the person on site. Nobody gets stuck: if a view really can't be captured, the visit can continue and the gap shows in the record.
