Why does NEMZIO ask for several views?
One photo can leave most of a property out. Views from around the property show what's there on every side, and the record shows which parts were covered and from where.
A single photo answers very little: it can be framed to show the good side and hide the rest. NEMZIO asks for views from around the property so you can see all of it, and so each visit can be compared with the last one from roughly the same places.
The record shows the parts of the property that were in view during the visit and where each view was taken from. If a side was skipped, the visit is marked Incomplete, so a gap is visible to you instead of hidden.
