Why is each visit different?
What each visit asks for can adapt to the property, to the visit and to what you're trying to find out. That makes it hard to prepare evidence in advance.
A visit to empty land, a house under construction and a building you're about to rent out need different evidence. NEMZIO builds each visit around the property and your question, so the steps aren't the same every time.
The parts that need to be comparable over time (for example the reference views of a building under construction) are repeated from roughly the same areas, so you can see change from visit to visit. Other views vary.
