How to confirm where a property is

The owner may ask you to confirm where their property is before visits start. It's a short task, not a full visit.

1. 01Go to the property first.
2. 02Open the app. On Home, under Waiting for you, find “Confirm you're at the property” and tap Confirm I am at the property. You can also find it on the property's page, or on Start a visit under Requests for you, marked Location check-in.
3. 03Read the screen. If you see Continue, tap it, tick “I've read what a visit records” and tap Continue.
4. 04Tap Confirm I am at the property.
5. 05Wait while the app says Getting a fresh location reading…. If it asks you to turn on or allow location, use the button it shows.
6. 06The camera opens: Take one photo of the property. Stand where you can see the property and take the photo.
7. 07Check the photo. Tap Use photo and send, or Take again.
8. 08The app says Location submitted, awaiting owner confirmation. Tap Done.

The owner then looks at it and decides. You don't need to do anything else.

• If the app says Couldn't confirm the location, tap Try again.
• If it says the check-in has expired, ask the owner to send a new one.
• The photo is taken with the app's camera. A photo already on your phone can't be used.
