How to get the app and join a property

You need the invitation the owner sent you: a link, or an 8-character code like K7M4-PQ2N. The app is free for you.

Get the app

1. 01Install the free NEMZIO app on your Android phone or iPhone. See For people on site.

Create your account

1. 01Open the app and tap Create account.
2. 02Type your First name, Last name and Email.
3. 03Choose a Password: at least 8 characters, with at least one number.
4. 04Type the same password in Confirm password.
5. 05Tick the box “I'm 18 or older, I agree to the Terms, and I've read the Privacy notice and what a visit records”. This one tick is all you need before your first visit.
6. 06Tap Create account.
7. 07On Confirm your email, open the email we sent you and tap its link. The app moves on by itself. You can also tap Open email app, then I've confirmed, continue.

The app may also offer other ways to sign up, such as Continue with phone. If you already have an account, tap Log in instead.

Join with the link

1. 01Tap the link in the message (WhatsApp or text). It opens the NEMZIO app with your code already filled in. Nothing to type.
2. 02If you aren't signed in yet, create your account or log in. The app keeps the invitation and comes back to it.
3. 03Tap Join.

If you installed the app after getting the message, go back to the message and tap the link again.

Join with the code

1. 01On Home, tap On site at the top, then Enter an invite code. (With no property yet, Home also shows Have an invite code?)
2. 02Type the code in Invite code. You can also paste the whole message.
3. 03Tap Join with and your code.

Joining needs signal. Each code works once.

After you join

• The property's page opens. Its big button starts a visit when you're there.
• If the app shows Before your first visit, tick “I've read what a visit records” and tap Continue. Most people never see this.
• The property is on your Home, on the On site side. When the owner asks for a visit, you get a notification, and the visit shows under Waiting for you. If the owner sent the visit in the same message, it's already there.
