What documents do I need for a land check?

Charting (survey search): Survey plan.

Root of title search: Title document you were given; Deed or assignment (if you have one) (optional); C of O or similar (if you have one) (optional); Receipts and other papers (optional) (optional); Seller's name; Grantor's name (if different) (optional).

Full land check: Survey plan; Title document you were given; Deed or assignment (if you have one) (optional); C of O or similar (if you have one) (optional); Receipts and other papers (optional) (optional); Seller's name; Grantor's name (if different) (optional).

Upload clear, complete copies: every page, the whole survey plan, nothing cropped. PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) are accepted, up to 20 MB each. Password-protected PDFs can't be used: save a copy without the password.

The professional may ask for something more once they start (for example another page of a deed); you'll get a message on the order and can upload it there.
