How do I order a land search?

1. 01Open the property and find Land checks. Each check shows its price, what it includes, who does it, how long it usually takes and the documents it needs.
2. 02Choose the check and press Start order. Nothing is charged yet. You get an order reference like LAND-PHC-A72F91.
3. 03Upload the documents on the checklist (and the seller's name for a title search), then press Send for review.
4. 04Our team checks that the documents are complete and readable. If something's missing or unclear, we tell you what to upload.
5. 05When they're accepted you see the exact price and press Pay. The order shows as paid once the payment is confirmed to us.
6. 06A professional is assigned, does the search and uploads the signed report. We review it, then it appears on the order as your report.

All your land checks are also listed under Land orders. Land checks are available for properties in Port Harcourt (Rivers State). Lagos and Abuja are coming soon: you can join the list from the property's page, and we'll email you when you can order there.
