When do I pay for a land check?
After our team has accepted your documents. Until then nothing is charged, and you can cancel the order. You see the exact price, press Pay, and pay on a secure payment page.
You pay once, for the check you chose, after the documents are accepted. That way you don't pay for a search that can't start.
Your order shows as paid only when the payment provider confirms the payment to NEMZIO, usually within a minute. If a payment page expires or a payment fails, nothing is charged and you can pay again from the order.
If the search can't be completed after you've paid, you're refunded under our refund policy.
