How to change your name, email or phone number

Your name

The app shows your name but can't change it.

1. 01Sign in on the NEMZIO website.
2. 02Open Account. This is the Account & plan page.
3. 03Under Profile, change First name and Last name.
4. 04Click Save.

Your email

Until you've confirmed your email, you can change it:

1. 01On the Confirm your email screen, tap Change email.
2. 02Type the right address.
3. 03Tap Send the link there, then open the link in the new email.

Once your email is confirmed, the app can't change it. Contact support from Account → Help, or write to support@nemzion.com from the email on your account.

Your phone number

1. 01Tap the Account tab, then Account and settings.
2. 02Under Sign-in, tap the phone row: Add phone number, or your number.
3. 03To add or change it, tap Add phone number or Change phone number. The app may ask you to confirm it's you first.
4. 04Type the number and tap Send code.
5. 05Type the 6-digit code you get to finish.

To take it off, tap Remove phone number. If these buttons can't be tapped, phone numbers can't be added in the app yet.
