How to reset a forgotten password

1. 01Open the app and tap Log in.
2. 02Tap Forgot your password?.
3. 03If the app asks “How do you sign in to NEMZIO?”, choose With my email address or I signed up with my phone number.

With your email

1. 01The NEMZIO website opens on Reset your password.
2. 02Type your Email and tap Email me a reset link.
3. 03Open the email from us and tap the link. It works for one hour.
4. 04On Choose a new password, type the New password and the same in Confirm new password.
5. 05Tap Save password and sign in.
6. 06Go back to the app and log in with your new password.

With your phone number

1. 01Type your Phone number and tap Send code.
2. 02Type the 6-digit code you get. It works for 10 minutes. Tap Continue.
3. 03Type a New password and the same in Confirm new password.
4. 04If you're asked for a second code, type the code from your authenticator app or one of your recovery codes.
5. 05Tap Save new password. You're signed out on every device.
6. 06Tap Back to log in and log in with your phone number and new password.

No email? Check your spam folder. NEMZIO never asks for your password by email or chat.
