How to choose your notifications

Open the Account tab and tap Notifications to see your notices, then Choose what you're told. For each kind of notice, switch In the app, Email and Phone on or off. Each switch saves at once.

  1. 01Tap the Account tab, then Notifications. The bell on Home opens them too.
  2. 02Tap a notice to open what it's about.
  3. 03Tap Mark all as read to clear the count.

Choose what you're told

  1. 01On Notifications, tap Choose what you're told. It's also under Account and settings → More settings → Notification choices.
  2. 02For each kind of notice, use the switches In the app, Email and Phone.
  3. 03Each switch saves as you flip it.

Some switches can't be turned off. They protect your account.

Phone notifications are off

If Notifications says Phone notifications are off, tap Turn on notifications (or Open settings) and allow notifications for NEMZIO. Until you do, you won't be told on your phone about new visit requests or finished visits. The list in the app still shows everything.
